Mark cut off update

Recent fitness day activities hasn't  shown any real changes to my effort. But when I did the beep test recently my score dipped about 2 levels down. My explanation is when the beep test happened I had a headache which got worse when my heart started pumping, then the pain become unbearable for me. The activities I did after stayed the same for me. I hope next time I do the beep test I will get a 8 like the one I did at the end of the year for grade 8. I still cheer on people here and there. I still try my best I hope to keep up my B from last year and possibly raise it until I graduate. Also I hope to keep up my effort.

Improvment!!

Lately  there has been a handful of fitness days i have participated in. i have noticed i can go longer in the activities than last year. i try even harder then last year. I also feel crappy after working out hard. the biggest thing i noticed is i feel a feeling of puking. which is a good thing right? i hope i try this hardf every time.

Also i for some reason when we did the cheer pyriamed my back was totaly normal.

Ps. the foot ball people's cheer pyriamed was better.

how i'm making my class better

I have made an effort to make my class better. I made the effort today in dodge  ball. I had cheered and motivated the other team when they had only 2 people left and our team had bunch left and only a couple on the bench. I also had a smile on my face and I also cheered at different times. I hope to keep doing these positive things for the class in the future.

FINAL POST



 I have improved greatly for my beep test i have got a score of 6.5 to 8.1 a huge differance. I was really surprized by my score and i was even more exited. I still cant do a pushup and i cant last a minuet doing the body bridge. over all i have got one of my goals of getting a 8 on my beep test but i haven't lost wheight. I would have post a video of me doing the beep test but the videos isn't loading and i can't post a video of me going to the gym either because my dad didn't have the time to take me. i should get a B for my overall grade. My last issue with active learning is i have great difficulty with the hill run. i always fell like iam going to pass out.My situatin whith my wheight is i lose wheight and gain it on a regular bases. I have been surprized by active learning expecting something really difficult for me instead of getting something that i can easily improive on. I hope to improve even more in grd.9.

UPDATE

During the 30 min run on the track i had difficulty on some parts during the run but i still ran  laps. I pushed myself along the way even though i had walked littler bit along the way. I have been giving some proof about my performence throughout my time in active learning. I found even more things fun like the rally around the pond even the modedfcommunity run. I still have trouble with the beep test because i haven't run more then 2-3 of the beep tests. I most of the time have had red faces after gym. I have read Arjun's blog and i have noticed i have posted simmiliar posts like how i do try my best when ido suck at a sport. I now go to the gym with my dad on weekends and on day offs and now i am planning to go to the gym every day my dad has a day off over the summer. I will post picture and videos on the weekend when i go to the gym. I still believe I can improve on my beep testr but i don't know if i will get a chance by the end of the year. I have noticed in capture the flag I have started to try differante things like going up to get flags or trying to get people out of jail or stopping your imponents from getting people out instead of regular defense where i think i don't do good in.

Midterm #3


Nothing has really changed since my last post. I have noticed the factor of influence from my friends and people around me.  There has been negative and positive influence. When the negative influence happened, always in the end I start trying harder, even if the negative influence is from friends. I always had difficulty with the beep test, but I had no trouble with the other fitness day activities. I think I should get a B since my effort has increased.

After my first post I have tried way  harder than the first time i started P.E last semester. I have found more things in P.E  that are fun. i love the circuit a lot and I started to enjoy the locomotive too. I still have trouble doing real pushups and doing burpies. In the wheight room I have started to do the right work outs. I also have pictures and videos of me doing the right workouts, my face red, with my shirt full of sweat, and trying real hard. My personal goal for June is to try even harder, lose fat, and gain muscel. To lose fat is my personal and best motivation I have.

Interview

I belive my grade should be C+. My effort in gym is good most of the time because I slack off sometimes. My impact on my class practly nothing. I believe what I do in gym has no affect to anyone. What motivates me to try in active learning is to lose wieght. My opinion on this assignment is that this is a great idea. I believe this because this assignment makes people think about their effort and atitude towards active learning. My favourite part about gym is speedball, the locomotive, and the obsticle course. Speedball is really exiting to me beacaus in that game I am never  the only defence person their. The locomotive is exillerating because when it is your sides turn you techanily racing against time. In the obstical course I love the pummel horse and the gauntlet. My atitude towards active learning is sometimes positive sometimes negative but mostly positive. I did this post because I beleive this tells the teacher what I beleive is happining in active learning. Leadership to me means someone who tries hard and incourges other people. I think the best leaders in class are the people who incourge other people by cheering them on or trying their best. At the end of the year i wuld like to be more fit. I am most proud when i ran when it was time to run during the pond run even though most people were quiting.   I showed my willingness when I was in the front line during the training video. My best effort showed when I did the third pond run because I ran my hardest when it was time to run. I struggled when I did the cumunity run beacause for most of the way I didn't want to even try. This is why I think I deserve a C+ in active learning.
