I was surprised about how i performed in the first fitness days after coming back. I thought I will be very slow and wouldn't be able to perform to my full potential. I was still slower than usual but i was faster than i though I would be. I still tried my hardest in gym. I even did an extra lap around gold stone park when we did the modified relay, I posted a best.I was genuinely surprised by the results. I still have to put in an effort to get to the original level of fitness i was at. I believe I will not get to the level of fitness if hadn't left for the trip, but I still believe i will achieve my goals.
