First fitness days

I was surprised about how i performed in the first fitness days after coming back. I thought I will be very slow and wouldn't be able to perform to my full potential. I was still slower than usual but i was faster than i though I would be. I still tried my hardest in gym. I even did an extra lap around gold stone park when we did the modified relay, I posted a best.I was genuinely surprised by the results. I still have to put in an effort to get to the original level of fitness i was at. I believe I will not get to the level of fitness if hadn't left for the trip, but I still believe i will achieve my goals. 

Buddies

well i missed the first buddies date because i went to India. I will be going to meet my buddy for the first time on Friday. I still don't know what to do there, but I think I will catch up quickly. We were supposed to meet them earlier but there was a schedule mess up. I believe it will be Fun and helpful for both of us. I hope to help the kid learn and also for me to learn. 

Dance

         Well one of the first thing I did in Gym after coming back from my vacation was hip hop. I haven't had physical activity in over a month and we had to do hip hop. Well it was fun but I was slow. I got the moves but when it came to dance, it was too fast to handle. Well really whenever I did hip hop i wasn't good. My thought when i found out we were doing hip hop was, didn't we do hip hop the previous semester? Anyway we did hip hop, i was really sluggish, but it was fun when we did the class battles. I would post more but as i said before i only could attend hip hop
