Trip cancelation
Today we were supposed to go to band but the band trip was canceled. So we went to gym instead. I wasn't so worked up about it since I wasn't going anyway. We were going to do the community run on that day, since almost everyone thought today was going to be band they didn't have gym strip. So most of us walked it since who could run in jeans and tight and sneakers. I was wearing kakis and Jordans. Do you know how hard it is to run them. Not that easy. So I walked it. I did jog a little bit specially the hill, so much fun. Even though I walked it I did speed walk it and tried to get the most out of it. I am still upset about my beep test score. In the past beep test I got scores less than my record 8 at the end of grd 8. My first one I had a headache and I pulled out early my head got to unbearable. The next one was disappointing, I had a an almost 7. The next one I forgot my gym strip in my science class. Since it was the sewing room no one was in there at lunch. I couldn't get it. When the sewing teacher came to unlock it my bag wasn't there. My science took it with her and I didn't know were she was and the beep test was finished. One of my most favourite fitness days was when we did the relays on the field. The warm up wasn't fun at all, it was difficult for me. The people in my group were Richard and Abishake. They were behind me so I didn't have the time to recover fully. Even though it was difficult I still tried my best. One time we did the relays around the pond. My group was the 2 Calebs and Will. I was one of the slowest lappers in the group. Even with this I believe I did pretty well. Recently we did capture the flag and during it I did many runs into the other side even making it into the safe zone and the flags. I also played defence for a while and I did keep one of the faster ones in our side until one of the faster team mates came to take care of them. At the end Arjun and Abishake told me I performed the best. I don't want to toot my own horn but I do say I did a mighty fine job. I have been the worst at putting proof on my blogs. Always when it is fitness day I say to my self the day before to bring my ipod and take pictures and videos. But to no avail I forget on the day. I hope I can take a couple of pictures and videos before it is to late.
