Loco locomotion

The loco locomotion has been an activity where very time I did one I did better than the last time I did it; and this one was no exception. I personally believe this particular one I should the most improvement than any fitness day from before. I was doing the loco locomotion even more intense than before. I did the squats and lunges even deeper. I was doing the hops quicker and the runs faster. I felt completely worked out. I never felt this tired. I was red and sweaty, my legs hurt and I knew I did my absolute best that day. When I saw kids not doing anything or doing the activities in really leisurely way, I would say hey you start doing the activity. I started doing this midway through the block when I noticed the 8s and 9s were just not trying. When I started to do this other people joined in and saying hey stop faking working out and do it. I felt proud I was leading and saying to kids not trying to actually try. I felt even more proud that others started to join because of me. No one was saying this so I felt I should, I am one of the oldest in the block. Me working me hardest and me trying to become a leader, it was just a feel good day for me.

Pond run

For the first pond run of 2014 I feel I did great. For most of it I was ahead of my friends for a while. I ran it all at a faster pace then previous runs, which I am very proud of. I was extremely sore the next day even after stretching. Maybe I should stretch more or do different stretches. During the run my body was trying to make me go slower than I was going, and one time it almost succeeded but I kept pressing on. I wasn't even a bit let down by my performance. Even though many people were faster. Along the way I saw many people walking when it was time to run. I felt like saying hey when it's time to rest, rest, but it's the time to run. When ever I start a fitness day activity that includes running, my top left part of my back starts to hurt crazy. To make the pain go down I have to slow down or breathe really short breathes. After a while it stops but is a pain. I believe at times it impacts my performance negatively at times, but I coped through it during the pond run. Overall I bei

Beep test1

My first beep test went so and so. I believe that my fitness level should have been higher and thatI should   have hot a 8. My goal is to get 8 or really close by the end so i can match my grd 8 level. This tells me to work harder and get fitter.

My plank was satisfactory my touch level was okay since i know i am not flexible at all. My push up is very disappointing i believe i should have done more. My t test was slow but quicker than before . My jump was horrid simple as that.I know this was the first of the year which means I would be very slow but I still think I should hav
e done more.
